Lease individual rooms for the school year, for summer only, or for afull 12 month period.  Sinceutilities are shared, each tenant contributes $240 per semester for fall andspring into a fund that is used to pay, the gas, water and electric bills of thehouse.  Any amount left over at theend of the semester is refunded.   Forthe summer, the utilities are included in the above listed rent. The utilities contribution for the basement apartment is $50 per month.
